[He is laying on the ground and theres like three different creatures standing on him, licking his face. A cake hound, a wolf with sheeps wool, and a funny, blobby kind of thing with little antlers???]

( Should he though? He's not sure he has the heart to take the creatures away from him. )

Are you certain? It is quite alright if you have your hands full right now!

( His tone is light, however. )

Oh, they're fine, don't you mind them!

[He flaps his hands a little to try and urge some of them to get off of him. They all simultaneously sit on him at once. Oof.]

( He'll reach to take the cakehound gently then, moving to sit next to where Shadow Milk was laying -- gently placing the creature on his lap, should they wish to do so. The wolf is next, patting the spot next to him.

With magic calming down, I had some hopes to learn something new! I believe that you are familiar with divination. However, I know that you have quite the full schedule. I would not dream of interrupting anything else that you may have planned.

[The wolf considers him and then starts snuffling around under his robes looking for treats. With that, though, Shadow Milk can finally sit up. He manhandles the blobby deer thing into his lap.]

( The smile that he offers is sweet, almost teasing in its own way. He chuckles quietly. )

Truly? What did I do to find myself so fortunate?

( He leans in to press a brief kiss to lips.

( He'll put each card face down then, The Hierophant, Justice, and The Sun selected. Well, at the least, it's been fairly peaceful as of late. He suspects that he won't have a negative draw. )
